Why We Built This Site
New Mexico gives the public access to many court and government records, but Socorro County records do not sit in one database. District Court case files, Magistrate Court dockets, city Municipal Court matters, informal probate files, marriage licenses, jail custody records, and county IPRA requests all have different custodians. This site brings those official routes together without claiming to be a court, clerk, sheriff, or county agency.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, dockets, criminal court records, arrest records and charges, inmate records, warrants, traffic records, marriage and divorce records, probate, and clerk offices
- Office contacts: Socorro County District Court, Socorro Magistrate Court, Socorro Municipal Court, Socorro County Clerk, Probate Judge, Sheriff's Office, and Detention Center contact details
- Search walkthroughs: public search paths for Case Lookup, re:SearchNM, court dockets, JailTracker, VINELink, NMCD, and MVD driver-history records
- Public records help: New Mexico court IPRA and Socorro County IPRA routing, with the distinction between court case files and county administrative records
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any New Mexico court, Socorro County office, sheriff's office, detention center, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file court papers, probate forms, IPRA requests, or copy requests for anyone
- We cannot issue certified copies of court files, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, probate documents, or jail records
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how New Mexico law applies to a specific case
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or court schedule remains current at the moment a reader uses it
Only the issuing New Mexico court or Socorro County government office can provide an official certified record.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those providers run their own systems, prices, and results. If a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the reference pages available, but it does not make the search partner an official Socorro County or New Mexico government source.
